This causes us to repress the emotions and personality qualities we don't like or fear will be judged as unacceptable. The problem is that when we deny these negative emotions or qualities without giving them expression or – at the very least – attention, we don't really let go of them. Instead, they end up hidden in the unconscious, turning into our shadow selves, ready to enter our lives out of nowhere as annoying, unpleasant, or damaging behaviors and situations.\n\n**Living only in the positive throws us out of balance. Pri jej vyfarbovaní pocítila Ľubica hlbokú úľavu a mních v sne jej nakoniec povedal, že predloha, ktorú vyfarbovala, bola mandala smútku.\n\nKeď sa ráno zobudila a po mnohých mesiacoch prvýkrát pocítila naozajstnú úľavu, napadlo jej, že by tento silný pocit zmeny rada dopriala aj druhým. Zavolala Palovi, ktorý je akademickým maliarom, grafickým dizajnérom a tiež zenovým mníchom a tvorením mandál sa zaoberá už od vysokej školy. Spýtala sa ho, či by vedel vytvoriť predlohu, ktorá by vyjadrovala mandalu smútku. O pár dní jej priniesol dve predlohy – jedna predstavovala smútok a druhá radosť. Obe boli nádherné.\n\nĽubica, Pavol aj Dana začali mandalové predlohy hneď používať sami aj so svojimi klientmi. Postupne vytvorili viac ako 150 mandál emócií, vlastností a správania, ktoré sa stali obľúbeným nástrojom vnútornej práce a sebapoznávania.\n\nMandaly Mandalive® vznikli zo sna a pomáhajú vidieť neviditeľné veci, ktoré sú v nás. Umožňujú nám lepšie porozumieť našim emóciám a vlastnostiam, pozitívnym aj negatívnym a žiť tak naozaj naplnený a harmonický život.","During her 35+ year career, **Lubica** has worked as both a researcher and a psychotherapist. She has created many unique shadow work exercises based on the theories of C. G. Jung. Wanting to expand her work to audiences outside psychotherapy, she joined forces with her friend, **Pavol**, and daughter, **Dana**. Together, they started an educational company in Slovakia that transforms lives through shadow work and mindfulness.\n\nIn 2006, when Lubica mourned the loss of her brother and father, she had a dream about a monk, who created a mandala template in sand for her to color. She felt deep relief during that process, and the monk then told her in the dream that the template was the mandala of grief.\n\nWhen she woke up and felt truly light for the first time in months, she wished others would also have a chance to experience such a profound transformation. She called Pavol, who is a painter, graphic designer, and Zen monk. He had an interest in painting mandalas since studying fine arts in college. She asked if he could design a template that would represent a mandala of grief. In a few days, he brought her two templates – one for grief and one for happiness. Both were beautiful.\n\nRight away, Lubica, Pavol, and Dana started to use the mandala templates themselves and with their clients. Gradually, they created more than 150 mandalas of emotions, qualities and behaviors that became a popular tool for inner work and self-exploration.\n\nMandalive® originated from a dream and helps us see the invisible within. (viii) nižšie), (vii) zdroji osobných údajov, ak sa osobné údaje nezískali od Užívateľa a (viii) existencii automatizovaného individuálneho rozhodovania vrátane profilovania podľa ust. § 28 ods. 1 a 4 Zákona.\nprávo na opravu osobných údajov;\nUžívateľ má právo na to, aby Poskytovateľ bez zbytočného odkladu opravil nesprávne osobné údaje, ktoré sa ho týkajú. So zreteľom na účel spracúvania osobných údajov má Užívateľ právo na doplnenie neúplných osobných údajov.\nprávo na vymazanie osobných údajov;\nUžívateľ má právo na to, aby Poskytovateľ bez zbytočného odkladu vymazal osobné údaje, ktoré sa ho týkajú.\nPoskytovateľ je však povinný vymazať osobné údaje Užívateľa len v nasledovných prípadoch ak: (i) osobné údaje už nie sú potrebné na účel, na ktorý boli tieto osobné údaje získané alebo spracúvané; (ii) Užívateľ odvolá svoj súhlas a neexistuje iný právny základ pre spracúvanie osobných údajov; (iii) Užívateľ namieta spracúvanie osobných údajov a neprevažujú žiadne oprávnené dôvody na spracúvanie osobných údajov; (iv) osobné údaje sa spracúvajú nezákonne; (v) dôvodom pre výmaz je splnenie povinnosti podľa Zákona, osobitného predpisu alebo medzinárodnej zmluvy, ktorou je Slovenská republika viazaná.\nPrávo Užívateľa na výmaz osobných údajov a povinnosť Poskytovateľa vymazať osobné údaje neplatí v prípadoch kedy je spracúvanie osobných údajov potrebné (i) na uplatnenie práva na slobodu prejavu alebo práva na informácie; (ii) na splnenie povinnosti podľa Zákona, osobitného predpisu alebo medzinárodnej zmluvy, ktorou je Slovenská republika viazaná; (iii) z dôvodov verejného záujmu v oblasti verejného zdravia; (iv) na účel archivácie, na vedecký účel, na účel historického výskumu alebo na štatistický účel podľa ust. § 78 ods. 8 Zákona, ak je pravdepodobné, že právo Užívateľa na výmaz znemožní alebo závažným spôsobom sťaží dosiahnutie cieľov takého spracúvania alebo (v) na uplatnenie právneho nároku.\nprávo na obmedzenie spracúvania osobných údajov;\nUžívateľ má právo na to, aby Poskytovateľ obmedzil spracúvanie osobných údajov, ak (i) Užívateľ namieta správnosť spracúvaných osobných údajov, a to počas obdobia umožňujúceho Poskytovateľovi overiť správnosť osobných údajov, (ii) spracúvanie osobných údajov je nezákonné a Užívateľ namieta vymazanie osobných údajov a žiada namiesto toho obmedzenie ich použitia, a (iii) Poskytovateľ už nepotrebuje osobné údaje na účel spracúvania osobných údajov, ale potrebuje ich Užívateľ na uplatnenie právneho nároku.\nprávo namietať spracúvanie osobných údajov;\nPodľa Zákona platí, že Užívateľ má právo namietať spracúvanie osobných údajov ak sa spracúvanie týka jeho osoby a ak spracúvanie je nevyhnutné (i) na splnenie úlohy realizovanej vo verejnom záujme alebo pri výkone verejnej moci zverenej Poskytovateľovi alebo (ii) na účel oprávnených záujmov Poskytovateľa alebo tretej strany alebo (iii) na účel priameho marketingu vrátane profilovania v rozsahu, v akom súvisí s priamym marketingom.\nprávo na prenosnosť osobných údajov;\nPodľa Zákona platí, že Užívateľ má právo v štruktúrovanom, bežne používanom a strojovo čitateľnom formáte získať osobné údaje, ktoré sa týkajú Užívateľa a ktoré poskytol Poskytovateľ preniesť tieto osobné údaje k ďalšiemu prevádzkovateľovi len v prípadoch kumulatívneho splnenia nasledovných podmienok: ak (i) je to technicky možné, (ii) dochádza k spracúvaniu osobných údajov Užívateľa na právnom základe súhlasu Užívateľa alebo plnenia zmluvy a (iii) spracúvanie osobných údajov sa vykonáva automatizovanými prostriedkami.\nprávo odvolať súhlas so spracúvaním osobných údajov;\nUžívateľ má právo odvolať súhlas so spracúvaním osobných údajov udelený Poskytovateľovi, a to emailom na info@komunikacia.sk lebo písomne na adresu sídla Poskytovateľa.\nprávo podať návrh na začatie konania o ochrane osobných údajov na Úrade na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky („Úrad“).\nUžívateľ má právo podať návrh na začatie konania o ochrane osobných údajov na Úrade, cieľom ktorého je zistenie, či došlo k porušeniu práv Užívateľa pri spracúvaní jeho osobných údajov alebo došlo k porušeniu Zákona alebo osobitného predpisu[1] v oblasti ochrany osobných údajov.\nVzor návrhu na začatie konania podľa predchádzajúcej vety je zverejnený na webovom sídle Úradu.","The right to demand access to personal data related to the User;\nThe User shall have the right to obtain from the Provider the confirmation of whether User’s personal data are processed. Equally, the User shall have the right to gain access to such personal data and information on (i) the purpose of personal data processing, (ii) the categories of personal data being processed, (iii) the identification of recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, (iv) the storage period of personal data, (v) the right to request from the Provider the rectification of personal data related to the User, their erasure or restriction of their processing, or on the right to object to the processing of personal data, (vi) the right to bring proceedings according to the prov. of Article 100 of the Act (i.e. a motion as per subpar. (viii) below), (vii) the source of personal data, unless the personal data were obtained from the User, and (viii) the existence of automated individual decision-making including profiling, referred to in the prov. of Article 28 par. 1 and 4 of the Act.\nThe right to the rectification of personal data;\nThe User shall have the right to obtain from the Provider without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning the User. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the User shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.\nThe right to the erasure of personal data;\nThe User shall have the right to obtain from the Provider the erasure of personal data concerning the User without undue delay.\nHowever, the Provider shall have the obligation to erase User’s personal data where one of the following grounds applies: (i) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed; (ii) the User withdraws his\u002Fher consent and no other legal basis exists for the processing of personal data; (iii) the User objects to the processing of personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing of personal data; (iv) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; (v) the personal data have to be erased for compliance with an obligation according to the Act, a special regulation or an international agreement by which the Slovak Republic is bound.\nThe User’s right to the erasure of personal data and the Provider’s obligation to erase the personal data shall not apply in cases where the processing of personal data is required (i) for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information; (ii) for compliance with an obligation according to the Act, a special regulation or an international agreement by which the Slovak Republic is bound; (iii) for reasons of public interest in the area of public health; (iv) for archiving purposes, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes in accordance with the prov. of Article 78 par. 8 of the Act, in so far as the User’s right to erasure is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of that processing, or (v) for the exercise of any legal claims.\nThe right to the restriction of personal data processing;\nThe User has the right to have the processing of personal data restricted by the Provider if (i) the accuracy of the personal data being processed is contested by the User, during a period allowing the Provider to verify the accuracy of personal data, (ii) the processing of personal data is unlawful, and the User objects to the erasure of personal data, and demands the restriction of their use instead, and (iii) the Provider no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of personal data processing but the User needs them for the assertion of a legal claim.\nThe right to object to the processing of personal data;\nAccording to the Act, the rule is that the User shall have the right to object to the processing of personal data, if the processing relates to him\u002Fher as a person, and if the processing is necessary (i) the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Provider, or (ii) for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Provider or by a third party, or (iii) for the purposes of direct marketing including profiling, in so far as it relates to direct marketing.\nThe right to personal data portability;\nAccording to the Act, the User shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning the User, which the User has provided to the Provider, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and shall have the right to transmit those data to another data controller only in case that the following conditions are fulfilled cumulatively: where (i) it is technically feasible, (ii) the processing of User’s personal data occurs on a legal basis of User’s consent or the performance of agreement, and (iii) the processing of personal data is carried out by automated means.\nThe right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;\nThe User shall have the right to withdraw his\u002Fher consent to the processing of personal data given to the Provider, either via e-mail to info@komunikacia.sk or in writing to the address of Provider’s registered office.\nThe right to bring proceedings concerning the protection of personal data at the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (the “Office“).\nThe User shall have the right to file a motion to commence proceedings concerning the protection of personal data at the Office, the purpose of which is to identify whether the User‘s rights have been violated in the processing of User‘s personal data, or whether the Act or a special regulation[1] in the field of personal data protection has been infringed.\nA sample motion to commence proceedings according to the preceding sentence is published at the Office‘s website.",{"id":1844,"heading":1845,"n":1846,"text":1847,"items":1850},"6cfdf3cf-e5c2-4f36-a852-a1edff69ce6e",{"sk":8,"en":8},"11.11",{"sk":1848,"en":1849},"Poskytovateľ poskytne Užívateľovi oznámenia, ktoré sa týkajú spracúvania jeho osobných údajov, v stručnej, transparentnej, zrozumiteľnej a ľahko dostupnej forme, formulované jasne. Ak Užívateľ podal žiadosť v elektronickej podobe, Poskytovateľ poskytne informácie v elektronickej podobe, ak Užívateľ nepožiadal o poskytnutie informácie iným spôsobom.","The Provider is obliged to provide the User with information on measures taken based on the User’s application by means of which the User exercises his\u002Fher rights defined in Art. 11.10. above, within one month of delivery of the application. The said period may be extended by two additional months by the Provider in justified cases, with respect to the complexity and the number of applications, even more than once.
